Application deadlines

  • 1st of May, for activities in Autumn semesters
  • 1st of October, for activities in Spring semesters

The tuition fee must be paid no later than 30 days after the date of the letter of admission.

How to apply for courses

Step 1:
Please visit the online course catalogue and read the course descriptions and prerequisites. Please make sure there is no overlap in the course schedule. You can find a description of the schedule in the schedule structure.

Step 2:
Please download the application form. Fill in the form and submit it with all the relevant application materials to msc(at)farma.ku.dk before the above mentioned deadlines and include:

  • A list of courses that you want to take.
  • A description of your academic prerequisites for each course.
  • Your transcript of records from your university programme and previous university programmes that you might have attended.
  • A photocopy of your passport.

Step 3:
The course coordinator will evaluate your application and decide if you will be admitted  

Step 4:
If admitted the International Office at PHARMA will send you a letter of admission and an invoice.

Step 5:
Pay the required tuition fee well in advance prior to your studies commencement and no later than 30 days after the date of the letter of admission.

Step 6:
You will receive the final confirmation letter after PHARMA has received your tuition fee payment.

How to apply for projects

Step 1:
Download a list of project ideas from the course catalogue page and decide what project(s) you wish to apply for.

Step 2:
Please download the application form. Fill in the form and submit it with all the required application materials to msc(at)farma.ku.dk before the above mentioned deadlines. The required application materials include:

  • A description of the subject/project that interests you.
  • A thorough description of your previous qualifications and your interest within the subject.
  • Requested study period at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences (PHARMA) (start and end of stay).
  • Your transcript of records from your university programme and previous university programmes that you might have attended.
  • A photocopy of your passport.

Step 3:
After you have sent your proposal the International office at PHARMA will contact the academic faculty member who will evaluate your academic qualifications and will decide if he/she will be your supervisor.

Step 4:
If admitted the International Office at PHARMA will send you a letter of admission and an invoice.

Step 5:
Pay the required tuition fee well in advance prior to your studies commencement and no later than 30 days after the date of the letter of admission.

Step 6:
You will receive the final confirmation letter after PHARMA has received your tuition fee payment.
