PhD project

The objective of this PhD project is to examine whether social and psychosocial factors are predictive of medicine use among ethnic minority children in order to increase the understanding of cultural differences in medicine use. We will also explore the association between medicine use other health risk behaviors.  Data derives from the Health Behaviour in School-aged Children (HBSC) World Health Organization cross-national survey The aim of the HBSC study is to describe young people’s health behavior and to analyze how these behaviors were related to social circumstances.
