Courses - exchange students

The Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Copenhagen (PHARMA) offers a number of advanced MSc courses that are taught in English. The majority of courses are offered during autumn semesters. All courses in English are available for exchange students.

Please note that:

The application deadlines for exchange students who wish to apply for courses at PHARMA are May 1, for studies in the autumn semester and October 1, for studies in the spring semester. PHARMA does not accept applications that are submitted after these deadlines.

Important: If you wish to receive a room offer from the University of Copenhagen for the autumn semester you must apply 1-2 months before the above mentioned deadline. Read more about accommodation.

Students who wish to take courses at PHARMA are requested to list the courses in the space “Description of Studies” in the application form including a description of your academic prerequisites for each course. Please read more about application.

• Please make sure that there is no overlap in the schedule when you apply for courses. You can find the schedule in the course catalogue.
• The number of student places on the courses in English are limited. Courses can be overbooked (too many students sign up) preventing you from taking the course.
• After application the academic course leaders will evaluate your academic qualifications and will decide if you will be admitted to the course.
• Courses can be cancelled if not enough students sign up for the course.
• The course descriptions are continuously being updated, thus minor changes can occur
