Danish grading scale

As of 1 September 2007 a new grading scale - the 7-point grading scale - has been implemented in all educational institutions in Denmark. All courses and master’s thesis projects have been assessed according to the new grading scale from 1 September 2007.

In accordance with the new scale, grades are awarded on the basis of the course objectives or project objectives. The learning objectives/competence objectives outlined in each course description correspond to those objectives. A performance that meets the objectives completely are awarded the grade 12.
