National and international collaboration

DRA can be considered one of the tools that The Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences uses to promote dialogue with the world outside the university and contribute knowledge to the rest of society both nationally and internationally. Therefore, it is vital to our future that we have the opportunity to continue developing the school of excellence concept underlying DRA.

DRA has established a formalised collaboration with five other PhD programmes, primarily on PhD courses and symposia:

Research School on in vivo Pharmacology (LIFE, University of Copenhagen)

Danish Research School in Molecular Mechanisms of Disease (BRIC, University of Copenhagen)

Doctoral School of Biotechnology (University of Aalborg)

Danish Cardiovascular Research Academy (SUND, University of Copenhagen)

FLÄK – Research School in Pharmaceutical Sciences (Lund University)

DRA is also part of the Medicines Research Academy (MRA), which is the Scandinavian counterpart to DRA. MRA is a joint industrial oriented PhD programme between DTU, University of Copenhagen, Lund University and Uppsala University, based on the DRA principles.
