PhD students enrolled at an institution of higher education (except students from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences) must pay for operating costs if they join a course which includes expenses such as chemicals, course material, lunch, etc.

The following participants will have to pay a full course fee: •Participants not enrolled as PhD students. •PhD students at Danish and foreign institutions and faculties with which the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences has not entered into a payment agreement for PhD students. •PhD students, including externally financed PhD students enrolled at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, whose financial agreement with the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences or with other Danish or foreign institutions and faculties does not include payment of course fees for participation in PhD courses.
