The Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences channels its research into six strategic central research areas. This is a necessity if the Faculty is to remain on the cutting edge of university research.
The faculty prioritizes its research in the areas of pharmacology, chemistry and pharmacy. To support the faculty’s vision to be internationally oriented and among the best pharmaceutical institutions in Europe within these fields, the Faculty channels its research efforts into six strategic central research areas in which we are already strong. This enables us to create synergies between individual departments and makes research a collective effort by all departments and research groups, effectively combining individual skills.
