A more detailed account of the research projects in the Department can be found in the description of the individual research groups. In more general terms the research is focussed on mechanisms involved in appetite regulation, signalling and metabolic processes in the brain, immunology and microbiology, pain, circulation physiology, pharmacokinetics, clinical pharmacy and pharmacotherapy as well as social pharmacy.
